Devices and accessories will be tested partially or completely before shipping. We will accept returns
within 15 days after delivery if a reasonable explanation is provided. Products must be in the original
packaging, not used, and in resalable condition. Any credit is pending inspection of the returned product.
Restock fees 15% can be applied. The buyer covers the shipping expenses. In case of UV lamps, the customer
is encouraged to verify the contacts as the possible cause of a not operational lamp. If the lamp is broken during
shipping, the customer should make a photo, and inform immediately after receiving the product. Before making
return the buyer should contact Invisible Power by phone or email. If the item has been opened, or the product
has been in contact with fluid, gas, or an environment that requires special safety handling, please provide the office
with related information.
